In complying with your request herewith the following: First of all what I am going to say to you, is not of my degree of intelligence or my wisdom, I claim nothing of myself. I only try to be a humble instrument of higher intelligences than myself. Who they are, and of what realms, I cannot tell. The only thing I know is that they are pressing me to communicate with you, in fact they are not leaving me in peace, so they must have a purpose and a plan of which I am not aware.
