Diagnosing sexually transmitted disease with no laboratory facilities
Abstract
There is no notification of sexual transmitted disease in Zimbabwe so that we are unaware of the true prevalence. However the College of General Practice of Zimbabwe conducted a morbidity survey in which appeared that about twenty five percent of adult black patients seen by general practitioners were suffering from sexually transmitted disease.
