Traditional attitudes towards TB
Abstract
Paper read at the international conference "Tuberculosis in the eighties", Robert Koch's centenary, April, 1982, MEDUNSA The purpose of this paper is to investigate the extent to which individuals in the study know about TB, and their decision to follow the prescribed treatment; whether or not compliance is related to the following criteria: age, sex, religion, occupation, education, and also general attitudes towards TB and the medical profession.
