Why the private doctor?

Abstract
The findings are given of a survey done in a rural area on why the patients prefer the private doctor to the local hospital or clinic. The high esteem and respect for the private doctor, together with the more personai an-d sympathetic atmosphere athis surgery out' weigh the significant financial consideration of their choice.
