Abstract

One often hears complaints from GPs who feel oppressed and hopeless about improving their lot Specialists control the Medical Council, the Medical Association and the Medical Schools. Decisions are thus often loaded against us. This may be so, but complaining does not seem to solve the problem. What can? As usual, a clear problem definition helps.
