Abstract
"They that be whole, need not a physicia4 but they that are sick" - Matthew 9 ; 12 The ever-increasing practice of an annual health examination is critically evaluated. The author looks at specific diseases in the screening process and discusses medical ethical occupational and financial aspects evaluated.
