Abstract
The difficulties in communication that arise in continuing medical education are often related to the two world of the medical school and. the rural practitioner. Working in rural areas helps doctors work out medical priorities which others never really seem to consider. It is as if you belong to a different medical culture, and you realize what medicine is all about - not the luxury of just knowing more and more, but to reach out and serve.
