The Future of Academic Medicine
Abstract
Academic medicine is bankrupt. Some would say it is only a question of getting enough money. Most consider it to be a more complex issue. The Broederstroom meeting, reported in this issue. was a meeting attended by a very wide representative group of academics and others involved in medicine.
